SignClick.com Return Policy

At SignClick.com we expect our products to meet your standards, however there are times that things don’t go as planned.  When that happens we will replace your order promptly.  Here’s how:

  • Let us know within 30 days that the order is incorrect or damaged.
  • If it’s our mistake we will replace your order within our standard production times at no charge.
  • If the issue is something you missed, simply return the order using the carrier of your choice.  Once we receive the product we will reprint and ship the order for 50% of the original price plus shipping.
  • If your order is damaged in shipping send photos and evidence of the damage to share with our shipper.  We will reprint and ship a replacement order within our standard production times.  We ask that you save the damaged package and items for our carrier to review.
  • If you wish to return an order for a refund, simply return the entire order in the original packaging using the carrier of your choice.  Signclick.com will credit the full purchase price to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
